YOU NEVER GET ANYTHING DONE
Solution: Time and Productivity Management – Is your inbox and email jammed but you can never find anything? Do you have many projects that are almost: but never completed? You need better work productivity and life skills; sometimes one shift, such as just reading email once or twice a day, can transform a life.
YOU AREN’T GETTING AHEAD FAST ENOUGH
Solution: Persist and Develop a Positive Attitude – This could be an attitude that you need to adjust. Are your expectations realistic or are you among the generation who got awards for just showing up? It actually takes more to succeed in the workplace — real success depends on positive self-talk, goal setting, HARD WORK, skills and persistence.
PEOPLE AVOID GIVING YOU WORK ASSIGNMENTS
Solution: You may not want more work assignments but if you aren’t bringing value you could lose your job. To improve your reputation: cultivate punctuality and delivering an excellent work product: listen to the assignment, follow up with questions, run your work product by a trusted mentor, then ask for feedback on how you can improve.
